When will a helpr be assigned to my booking request?
Our goal is to match you with care as soon as possible. Helprs can accept your requests directly as soon as you put them in the app. Our Customer Support team actively reviews incoming bookings, reaches out to our network and updates families in the meantime.
We will always do our best to match you with care but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the availability of helprs.
We encourage you to make booking requests with as much advance notice as possible, although we understand last minute needs arise and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
