What if we go over/under the scheduled time?

For over time scheduled:

  • Please contact your Helpr Network sitter to let them know you’ll need them to stay later. Their phone number is in your app while the booking is upcoming and active.
  • Your sitter will do their best to accommodate your request and if they can accommodate, they will update the hours on their end.

For under time scheduled:

  • Please contact your Helpr Network sitter to let them know you’ll need them for less time than expected. Their phone number is in your app while the booking is upcoming and active.
  • We will always charge for 75% of the time requested or the 4 hour minimum, whichever is more. We do this out of respect for our Helpr Network sitters’ time and this helps us keep top babysitters happy and continuing to book with Helpr.
